Globally-inspired music effortlessly blending Classical, World, and Jazz.
We are thrilled to welcome the amazing pianist and composer Dinuk Wijeratne, percussionist Nick Halley, and bassist Tom Easley back to King’s Theatre for a gorgeous night of jazz.
Dinuk Wijeratne is an award-winning composer, conductor, and pianist. His boundary-crossing work sees him equally at home in collaborations with symphony orchestras, string quartets, tabla players, and DJs – and has taken him to international venues as poles apart as the Berlin Philharmonie and the North Sea Jazz Festival. The Sri Lankan-born Canadian pianist is joined by jazz drummer and world percussionist Nick Halley and seasoned bassist Tom Easley for this thrilling concert of original compositions.
