Dany Rousseau has been performing as an actor and singer for over 20 years. After moving to Bear River in 2021, she has committed herself to her new community and its growing community theatre. The newest VP of the ADDG (Annapolis District Drama Group), she is a high school teacher, a licensed tattoo artist in her home state of CT, as well as a Choreographer and Performance Coach, and channels her artistic skills into theater by way of set, prop, costume, hair and makeup design, application, and construction. Dany continues to work as an advocate for the 2SLGBTQ+ community, as well as POC, Children’s, and Women’s Rights, and hopes to leave a better world for her daughter, Leia, who also has aspirations of joining her mom on stage. Dany is a fiery Sagittarius who loves pizza, medium-rare steaks, sunny beaches, and sweeping justice, and is both excited and challenged by coordinating this Cabaret. A million thanks to her partner, son, and daughter, without whom she would not have nearly enough music in her life.

Sparkle Dance is a non competitive dance school specializing in world dance. Located in Clementsvale, with a focus on youth performance at the community level, dancers gain lifelong memories with their involvement and support of local events. Classes start in September, for ages 5 and up.
